Co-teaching, observations, modeling, and other high-impact coaching strategies can create big change in classrooms, when we figure out how make them work! In this session, participants will identify five high-impact coaching strategies and learn about a before, during, and after process to make them effective! Actionable tips and real coaching experiences provide insight to coaches who are trying to use these strategies and feeling like they just don't work for their teachers.
