SESSION
Building Teacher Resilience through Coaching EQ
In today’s emotionally demanding educational environments, teachers are navigating rising stress, burnout, and behavioral challenges in classrooms. This session, Building Teacher Resilience through Coaching EQ, equips leaders, coaches, and educators with practical strategies to strengthen emotional intelligence (EQ) as a foundation for personal resilience and professional growth. Grounded in the Emotionally Inclusive Practices framework, participants will explore how intentional coaching conversations can help teachers identify emotional triggers, regulate stress, build healthy boundaries, and cultivate a restorative mindset. By integrating EQ into everyday practice, this session empowers schools to create emotionally safe, supportive ecosystems where teachers not only survive but thrive.
