In this session, we will explore key principles of relationship-building and provide educators with practical strategies to enhance teamwork, foster a culture of trust, and maximize student success. Attendees will gain insight into the critical role of trust in PLCs and learn techniques to build and sustain it. They will also refine communication strategies that promote clarity, active listening, and meaningful collaboration among colleagues.
