About Stephanie
Stephanie Howell, diagnosed with a learning disability in second grade, is a passionate advocate for students with disabilities. Her mission is to create more personalized and differentiated learning experiences that empower every student to overcome obstacles. As a Teaching and Learning Coordinator and founding member of Global GEG and Gold EDU, Stephanie works to make this vision a reality. A sought-after speaker at conferences worldwide, her recent accomplishments include contributing to an ISTE Distinguished District, becoming a Google Innovator, ISTE Certified Educator, and being named a 2023 #ISTE 20 to Watch.

While teachers need to willingly engage to benefit from instructional coaching, it is also true that coaching is one of our most powerful professional development tools. In this session, we will explore three key strategies coaches--and learning community leaders--can use to ensure that every teacher sees coaching as fulfilling, meaningful, and worth their while
